Children 6 years and older can participate. The hike includes some uphill walking and river access.

Is swimming allowed in the river?
Yes! Swimming in calm areas of the blue river is safe. We recommend water shoes and caution around currents.

Are sloths guaranteed to be seen?
Sightings are common but not guaranteed. Our local guides greatly increase the chances of spotting sloths and other wildlife.
