The hike is easy to moderate and takes place on rainforest trails with some uphill sections and stairs. A normal level of fitness and mobility is recommended.

Can I swim in Río Celeste?

Yes, swimming is available at a separate location along the Río Celeste area. Bring a swimsuit and water shoes, and always follow your guide’s instructions regarding current conditions.

Are sloths guaranteed to be seen on the wildlife walk?

No. Sloth and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed because the animals live in their natural habitat. Our local guides know the area and help you look for sloths, toucans, frogs and other rainforest species.

What should I bring for the Río Celeste tour?
